Shipping Conditions
At Ortocanis we know how important it is that you receive your order as soon as possible and for this reason we have hired an express delivery company to give you next day delivery*.
Shipping for the Spanish mainland and Balearic Islands is done in 24h. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are done using Correos. The price is the minimum while still guaranteeing that your order arrives in good condition and, once reaching a certain amount, the shipping is free of charge** (you’ll see it once you confirm your shopping cart.)
Shipping to countries in America can be done by Correos, Feddex or TNT. To Europe they can be sent by Postal service or GLS (check rates). You will see the final price once you introduce the country of destination in the shipping address.
Don’t get angry if your order takes a little longer than expected. We do everything possible to have the maximum amount of stock of our products possible. If we estimate the delay to be more than 72 hours we will contact you. The most important thing is that at all times you know the status of your shipment. Shipping to America by Correos usually take 15 days while with TNT it takes approximately 5 days. Possible custom charges for each country are the responsibility of the customer.
